Steering wheel adapter

Can I use a 6 bolt steering wheel with an adapter to reduce it to three bolt for a splined steering shaft and still be good for pre tech?

Unless there's something changed since I been out of it, I think most karts have 3 bolts (with cotter pins). Don't matter how many holes are in the wheel. If you're using a splined shaft I'd suggest backing up the snap ring with a steel collar so you can tighten your castle nut more and not bend the snap ring.

Most hubs only use 3 bolts. Both our flat karts are 3 bolt splined and my son's champ is a 3 bolt quick connect style. You'll be fine with 3.
